In 2019, nestled in the heart of Portland, Oregon, a fresh and dynamic idea blossomed in the realm of real estate— a boutique agency called Host Realty. Inspired by the belief that true hospitality can transform one of life's most significant and often stressful transactions, Host was born. This dream was realized by two friends, Michael Goeckner and Elizabeth Fanning. Michael, with his impressive 25-year history in real estate and development, brought his industry expertise and market savvy. Elizabeth, a veteran Principal Broker with a rich background in hospitality, brought her client-centric philosophy and knack for making people feel at home. Together, they joined forces, seamlessly merging their unique strengths to create a new paradigm in real estate.
