Alyssa Goeckner
Some people follow a traditional path into real estate. Alyssa Goeckner is not one of those people.
Her story didn’t begin in the world of home tours and submitting offers - it started in a recording studio, in the depths of multimedia design labs, and on stages across the world. For nearly two decades, Alyssa lived and breathed the music industry as a touring singer, songwriter, and producer, shaping soundscapes and crafting stories that moved people.
Her world was one of creativity, storytelling, and connection - but in 2008, life introduced a new chapter.
That’s the year she met Michael Goeckner. He was a builder, a visionary, and a problem-solver, someone who could look at an empty plot of land and see the possibilities waiting to take shape. They came from different industries, but they shared the same ambition, drive, and belief in building something meaningful.
The Creative Mind and Heart Behind Host Realty
As their relationship grew, so did the vision for their life together. They got married, built a family, and over the years, the idea of working side by side became something they couldn’t ignore.
“We’ve always been two people who love to create - Michael builds homes, and I built a career in music. But at some point, we realized we could build something even bigger together.”
The timing was perfect. Their family was growing, and so was the desire to not just raise a household, but to create a business that blended both of their unique talents.
So when Michael founded Host Realty, Alyssa saw an opportunity—not just to support the venture, but to bring her own creative expertise into a business that needed fresh ideas and a unique perspective.
A Creative Mind in a Business-Driven Industry
The world of real estate is often seen as purely analytical—market data, negotiations, square footage, price per square foot. But Alyssa saw something different: an industry that could use a little more artistry.
“Real estate isn’t just about buying and selling—it’s about vision. It’s about seeing possibilities where others don’t. It’s about crafting an experience that feels right.”
Armed with her background in multimedia design, storytelling, and problem-solving, she found ways to bring fresh perspectives to marketing, branding, and client experiences at Host Realty.
